Today was one of those days with my little ones where I wanted to put them out (seriously). The day started off nicely I took them to a circle time program at the library that had a lot of singing and dancing which one little one loved and the other one was staring around trying to figure out why we were there. Overall it was a nice activity to get them out the house for a little awhile and keep them busy.

My oldest who is 3 years old and currently working on toilet training she likes her privacy which is normally fine but for some reason today she decides that she is going to put all of the toilet paper in the sink and turn the water on. She came downstairs completely wet I asked her why her clothes was wet thinking that she figured out how to open up her cup and spiltted the water all over herself. I go upstairs to use the restroom and the bathroom was a complete mess. I didn't even know where to begin cleaning it all up. Before I lost my mind I made her clean up the some of the floor. She got out of her wet clothes and was sent in her room to take a nap. I had to wash the rugs because they were completely soaked I almost fell a few times.

After they both took a nap they played for a little bit then had dinner, then bathtime. My current youngest who is 1 decides her ears stop working whenever I called her name and she would yell no and spin circles then climb on the couch, screaming and bouncing for a good 30 minutes straight. The stage of "terrible twos" start way before two 2 years old. They are finding their voice, forming their own opinions and attempting to follow through. As a parent we are here to help guide them in the right direction. Also the baby I am currently carrying decides to start kicking like no bodies business at the same time the her sister is jumping like a little jumping bean on the couch and screaming her little lungs out. So all three little ones were on the verge of being put out. To top it all off my husband worked late tonight so I had to pray to keep me calm.

I felt like I had no patience left by time my husband got home. I needed a minute to remember God is patient with us when we don't follow His will or times we don't completely do what He asks of us. God reminds us that love us patient even when it doesn't seem like we have any left. Thanking God he allowed me to get through a crazy day overwhelming with these little ones it surely was a bit of a rough mommy day but with God's help I made it.
