I just wanted to share one of my favorite recipes with you my mom made a lot growing up it is so delicious!!
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp tomato sauce or tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil or oil of your choice
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Premade seasoning (I've added that recipe below)
Utensils
peeler
cutting board
knife
large saucepan
spatula
Step 1/3
2 cucumbers
peeler
cutting board
knife
Peel and halve cucumber lengthwise, carve out and discard the seeds (optional I normally keep the seeds), and slice into smaller pieces.
Step 2/3
1 lb ground beef
oil for frying
1tbsp of seasoning
salt to taste
pepper to taste
large saucepan
spatula
Fry the cucumber slices and ground beef in some oil in a large frying pan until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3/3
1 tbsp tomato sauce or 1 tbsp tomato paste
Add the tomato sauce and paste. Cook until done, serve with rice or another grain and enjoy! I normally serving this with cauliflower rice and some plantains!

Here is the seasoning recipe I was talking about earlier.
2 bunches of scallions
1 medium sized onion
4 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of thyme
1/2 cup of water
grind up in and store in a container in
your refrigerator
This can be used to season whatever you are cooking: meat, rice, vegetables, etc. Not a ton of seasoning is needed when cooking, depending on the amount of what you are cooking. A little goes a long way. Ex: 1 tablespoon of seasoning per 1 lb of meat.
